The brief.
Commissioned to design and execute the interiors of this premium residential development, our approach focused on delivering refined living spaces that reflect modern lifestyles while maintaining timeless appeal. Every home was thoughtfully planned to maximise space, natural light, and everyday practicality, resulting in interiors that are both beautiful and highly functional. From bespoke furniture and custom joinery to carefully curated finishes, lighting, and interior styling, every detail was meticulously crafted to achieve a cohesive and luxurious aesthetic. Our collaborative design process ensured that each space met the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and client expectations.
Design challenge
The existing floor plan boxed the kitchen away from the garden and left the main lounge feeling disconnected from the rest of the ground floor.
Our solution
We removed a non-structural wall between the kitchen and lounge, extended the sightline to the garden with a wider door opening, and used a single flooring material across both spaces so they read as one continuous room.
